How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your booking is processed.

What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email after booking?

Please contact us and we will resend the confirmation email.

Do I need to reconfirm my booking prior to travel?

No. www.tabigo.asia is a pre-booked and prepaid online reservation system. Once your reservation has been confirmed, full payment will be processed via credit card.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Flight / Hotel bookings on www.tabigo.asia are final and cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or transferred to another individual. Some hotel bookings are cancellable and eligible for a refund. Please check your confirmation email or itinerary to see if your hotel booking is eligible for a free cancellation. If your booking is eligible and you would like to cancel, please give us a call. Note: Refunds can take up to 8 weeks depending on your bank.

Do I need a receipt or invoice for my booking?

The booking confirmation contains a cost summary and is your receipt for travel item(s) purchased.

Can I extend my hotel stay?

Yes! If the room is still available, simply book a second transaction on www.tabigo.asia.

Can I cancel my hotel / tour package bookings - is it possible to receive a refund?

Some hotel / tours bookings are cancellable and eligible for a refund. Please check your confirmation email or itinerary to see if your hotel/ tour booking is eligible for a free cancellation. If your booking is eligible and you would like to cancel, please drop us an email: contact@tabigo.asia. Note: refunds can take up to 10 weeks depending on your bank.

Can I receive a refund for part of my trip if I wish to shorten my stay?

Unfortunately, no. All shorten stay / trip are non-refundable.

How do I make special request for hotel such as bedding type, smoking / non-smoking?

You may put in your request at the remarks column but all requests are subject to availability.

What do I need to check-in at my hotel / claim my tours upon arrival?

Please print a copy of your Accommodation / Travel Voucher to present at check-in / to the guide as proof of your reservation.

What time can I check-in and check-out of my hotel?

Typically, hotel check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. However, this can vary and determined by the property.

What is the penalty charges for no-show / late cancellation for hotel bookings?

Late cancellation or no-show is usually lived a 1-night charge. During peak seasons or convention periods, cancellation may not be permitted at all penalty for late cancellation or no-show can be 100% of your entire stay.


FLIGHT FAQs

Do I need to reconfirm my flights?

In general, reconfirmation of flights is not required. However, some international airlines do require passenger to call and reconfirm their flights. Reconfirmation must be done directly with the airlines min 72 hours before departure. We will not be liable if your flights were cancelled by the airlines due to failure to reconfirm. Airlines reserve the right to cancel bookings if reservations are not reconfirmed, regardless if tickets have been issued or not.

I made a few airfare comparisons and noticed that the airfare is different when I want to make a booking?

Airfares and / or applicable taxes and surcharges which are available online are subject to actual travelling dates at the time of booking.

Are they any cancellation charges if I am unable to travel and have to cancel my trip?

Refund for cancellation of air tickets is subject to the airline’s various terms and conditions. In addition a RM150.00 cancellation processing fee per transaction will be imposed. Kindly drop us an email for additional information.


CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT POLICY

What are your cancellation policies?

Cancellation policies vary from hotel to hotel / tour operator as well as from season to season. Cancellation notification period varies from 1-day to 1-month. Penalty for late cancellation or no-show is usually 1-night charge. During peak seasons or convention periods, cancellation may not be permitted at all and penalty for late cancellation or no-show can be 100% of your entire stay. Apart from the cancellation charges, we will also impose an administrative fee of RM100 for every cancellation made after a booking is confirmed. Cancellation policies and penalty charges are clearly reflected on our booking form. All cancellations should be sending through email to contact@tabigo.asia. We do not encourage cancellations over the phone unless such is in the nature of emergency or extremely warranted. Penalty charges will be imposed where applicable.

What are your amendment policies?

We will charge an administrative fee of RM50 for major amendments such as changes in dates, change of guest name, or change of room types. In some cases, amendments may not be permitted especially during peak season. You will be informed accordingly on our booking page before you finalize your booking. Amendment to change to another hotel will be considered as cancellation of the existing booking. All amendments should be cancelled via contact@tabigo.asia. We do not encourage amendments over phone unless it is absolutely necessary and warranted. Penalty charges will be imposed where applicable.
