A B O U T

Hokkaido was developed in the latter half of the 19th century by the Japanese government and American engineers. Much of that history remains in this area, including Sapporo, which has been the center of Hokkaido since those days, and Otaru, where canals and gas lamps remain from bygone days. There is also an abundance of volcanoes, lakes and facilities where you can experience Ainu culture.

Short visit to Hokkaido with your friends or family! After exploring a theme park highlighting the Edo Period of Samurai town, you’ll experience outdoor Onsen (hot spring) in the silver-snow at Lake Toya / Niseko. Next day, you will visit ‘Snow Park’ in Kitahiroshima, and enjoy several snow activities such as snowmobile, snow tube, snow rafting which are all suitable for beginners and children.

It has prospered as “the sea entrance of Hokkaido” over the last 100 years, so that you can see lots of historical buildings all around the city. Taking a walk along the old-fashioned canal covered with snow and illumination must be one of your unforgettable memories! Finally you’ll explore the capital city of Hokkaido. You must see the Former Hokkaido Government Office building, a neo-baroque building known as “Red Brick” and Clock Tower, both of which are the symbols of Sapporo.
